recently the research on video scalable coding based on error-prone network has been one of hot and difficult topics in video compression coding filed today 所以,对可分级编码技术研究成为视频压缩编码领域的热点和难点之一。
based on the analysis of some of current video coding technologies and the error-prone characteristics, the main works and conclusions in this thesis are listed as follows : ( 1 ) hybrid video scalable coding structure based on the analysis and research of the current several scalable coding schemes, a multi-loop independent motion compensation encoding structure integrated several existing standard scalability is proposed to provide a broader bitrate range to be adaptive the status of the network and to meet requirement of different level of quality of service, and improve the coding efficiency 本文在分析目前一些主流视频压缩编码技术的基础上,结合易错网络的特点,主要就以下三个方面对视频可分级编码进行研究:(1)混合可分级编码结构基于对现有主流混合可分级编码结构分析与研究,融合了目前主要的几种标准可分级编码技术,提出了混合多环独立运动补偿可分级视频编码结构,以提供较大的位率可变范围来适应不同的网络状况与视频服务质量要求,同时也提高编码效率。
